Good Evening Naomi, it is a pleasure and honour to welcome you to my profile. I hope that you had a wonderful Easter and that all is going well in your life. I hope you will have a wonderful week with many blessings! Sir Charles
ADULT LITERACY IN THE GAMBIA, WEST AFRICA Please go to http://www.globalgiving.co.uk/pr/10000/proj9935a.html Illiterate children grow into illiterate adults. Families in The Gambia cannot afford food let alone to send their children to school and consequently children grow up illiterate, unable to obtain work or afford to send their own children to school. SO THE CIRCLE OF POVERTY CONTINUES. You can help. If the Charity raises 2,000 via 50 donors by 2nd May 2012 then they will be given a permament place on Global Giving's website which will enable money to be raised to teach 770 people to read and write. This is the number of people who have come forward wanting to learn, just in one District of The Gambia. There are thousands of others who have the same need throughout the country. STOP THE CIRCLE OF POVERTY FROM CONTINUING FROM ONE GENERATION TO THE NEXT. www.thejallowfoundationthegambia.com
